I advise companies, entrepreneurial families and private individuals on corporate law matters in demanding and often sensitive situations — in particular in contentious disputes — and support them in developing structures that make conflicts manageable while placing as little strain on the business as possible.

As a shareholder in a seventh-generation family business, I have been closely familiar with entrepreneurial responsibility for many years. My previous work in a single-family office, as well as my role as in-house counsel and General Counsel at an owner-managed, publicly listed technology company, has further sharpened my understanding of practical business realities and the dynamics of family influence in day-to-day corporate life.

I do not limit my role to identifying risks, but work with my clients to develop pragmatic, robust and implementable solutions.

In my work, I place particular emphasis on integrity, reliability and confidentiality. A composed manner, diplomatic judgement and a structured approach enable me to maintain an overview even in conflict-laden situations and to represent my clients’ interests in a sustainable manner.

I work closely with lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, mediators and other professionals — including my clients’ trusted advisers wherever appropriate. This interdisciplinary cooperation allows for coordinated, holistic solutions.
