I advise and represent my clients in all areas of family law, in particular in matters of separation and divorce, maintenance claims (child maintenance, separation maintenance and spousal maintenance), as well as in the drafting of prenuptial agreements and divorce settlement agreements, including in complex financial circumstances.

At the centre of my work is always the well-being of the family — and in particular the best interests of the child. I am aware that family law disputes are not only legal, but above all human challenges. For this reason, it is important to me to take the emotional background as seriously as the legal issues involved. My aim is not to place additional strain on already burdened relationships, but to help stabilise the situation through structured, fair and sustainable solutions.
